CodePath - Technical Interview Coach Overview
Role Description
From June 4th to August 17th, Technical Interview Coaches will guide two groups of 4-7 students through practice interview Zoom sessions. These sessions allow students to hone their technical interview skills in a supportive environment led by their dedicated Coach.
You should apply to be a Technical Interview Coach if you:
- Love working with students and are passionate about increasing equity in tech.
- Have experience as a technical recruiter or software engineer with proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Can facilitate discussions, provide technical support, and share industry insights to help prepare students for technical interviews.
- Can commit to putting in 1 hour of preparation time per week before each in-class session.
